Last Days of Teaching Indexlivingmall

It has been a lot of hard work, but hopefully just as much fun while learning a lot.  Sorry to see this class come to an end, but 30 hours has flown by quickly and now we can only hope we will do it again soon.  Congratulations to everyone for doing such a great job, and thanks to Indexlivingmall for making our time with you so great!

Indexlivingmall Continues

Goodness, it's been 13 straight mornings of classes for the staff at Indexlivingmall.  Today we started putting many of the things they have been learning to the test and took them out on the sales floor.  Getting comfortable with using English for good customer service means not only learning words and phrases, but understanding how and when to use them in real day-to-day activity.  They did such a great job and we are so-o proud!
