Sunisa Frenzel, Owner and Founder, is a training and development specialist in the area of community based tourism, SMEs entrepreneurship and community empowerment. She is the founder of Language Institute for Empowerment (LIFE) which aims to achieve creative abilities, efficiency, happiness and strength for the unreached in society. 


Jack C. Neale, Director of ASEAN Language & Training Center, has a background in both business and education.  Mr. Jack did his undergraduate and graduate work at Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan U.S.A. majoring in business, education, educational leadership, and human resource development.  His over 30 years in education has covered all grade levels—primary, secondary, vocational school, and college.  Mr. Jack is a licensed teacher in Thailand.  With over 40 years of business experience, owning and managing successful enterprises, including:  retail, hospitality and food service industries, and real-estate. Mr. Jack enjoys working with Thai people to give them the KEY which will help to unlock the doors for their future, English.

Ms. Barbara Fitzsenry (University of Illinois/Parsons School of Design) currently acts as consultant, blog site creator/web master and volunteer teacher for LIFE, and lives in Chiang Mai.  Her background is in the legal and political industries in NYC, Seattle and Washington, DC.





Ms. Chonlada Pipatsakornchai (Aey) is a Product Specialist and graduate of Industrial Product Design at Rajamakala Institute of Technology.  She also studied in Australia where she received Certificates of Commercial Cookery and Patisserie as well as Hospitality Management.  Ms. Chonlada also worked as spa manager while in Australia, only recently returning to her homeland in Thailand.  Aey is our resident cooking instructor and culinary program coordinator.




Nawaphorn Homkhajohn (Kan) graduated from Payup University with BA in Tourism and Hotel Management.
