This week, the LIFE team started working with the staff from Indexlivingmall -- what a great place and what a great staff!  Using our activity-based program for teaching English service for staff, we learned, played, and had great fun while role playing and preparing for more and more English speaking customers.  Good job everyone!

Khum Phucome Hotel

Since March, LIFE's team of teachers and volunteers has been working with the staff and management of Khum Phucome Hotel in Chiang Mai.  Khum Phucome, like many hospitality enterprises, is preparing for the expected multitude of foreign visitors who are coming to the area every year and is upgrading its facilities and staff experiences to include English language skills which will be necessary to service its guests in the coming years.  We have had a wonderful time meeting so many new friends and helping them gain confidence in dealing with foreign guests.  Thank you for all the good times and hard work you provided over the many weeks.
